Lead Housekeeping Supervisor - This person will work directly under the supervision of Assistant Physical Plant Supervisors.
Responsibilities include but not limited to, Must be customer service oriented, oversight and monitoring the quality performance of the housekeeping staff in their daily cleaning schedules of public areas, private residents living areas, lobbies, restrooms and offices, overseeing and monitoring of the laundry service, assist in hiring, scheduling, training and in-service for housekeeping and laundry
departments staff. Maintain an inventory of supplies for the both departments, perform a reasonable share of the housekeeping
duties for the Community. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards. Consideration will be given to candidates who have previous supervisory experience in housekeeping/laundry services in the Retirement and/or
Housekeeping staff, performing cleaning in the areas of Residents apartments and homes, common areas, extra consideration given to employees who have experience in the hospitality industry, must possess excellent customer service skills.
Maintenance technicians with basic working knowledge of building maintenance and repair in HVAC, plumbing, painting, must have excellent customer service skills.

Activities Coordinator- seeking an energized, enthusiastic person to join our Resident Services Team as a F/T Activity Coordinator.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily activities for health care residents and other areas when needed. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills and be able to adapt to a varying resident population and a varied work schedule that may include some weekends, evenings, and holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent, activity certification through NAAPCC or NCCAP or CTRS and a minimum of 2 years' experience in long term care.

Assistant Physical Plant Supervisor - Responsibilities are as follows; Assists and oversees with the direction of the Physical Plant
Director the routine and preventative maintenance program of the etirement Community property, building, common areas,
apartments, office space and grounds. Requires ability to oversee, maintain prioritize daily work orders and assignments to physical plant technician's. Assist in special projects, maintain relationships with vendors, assist in diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment and repair. This position will also oversee the Head Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rules, regulations, policies and procedures are carried out and met. Require prior Physical Plant Supervisory experience in health care setting or hospitality industry.
Director of Assisted Living - seeking a RN or will consider an LPN who has experience in this industry, for our Assisted Living Department. This position is responsible for planning organizing and directing the overall operation of the Assisted Living Department under the Supervision of the President and CEO, in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and standards, guidelines governing the Community, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Leadership and oversight to staffing and their development, monitoring performance and improvement, quality initiatives and education programming to ensure the highest quality care is provided.
