Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office or clerical role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
