Brian-Kyles is looking for 5 Full Time Landscape Technicians at 875 N. Ridge Rd. East, Lorain, OH 44055 and multiple cities within Lorain and Cuyahoga CO.

Duties: Landscape/maint grounds of property using equipment; lay sod, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, prune, mulch, aerate, weed, grub, dethatch, edge, and install irrigation/drainage systems, rock gardens, ponds, decks, fences, planters, or mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units; remove litter, Attach wires from planted trees to support stakes; Maintain irrigation system by winterizing and adjusting; Shovel snow and spread salt; Maintenance/repair tools, equipment, or structures; Care for artificial turf fields; Haul/spread topsoil/straw; Build forms, mix and pour cement to form garden borders. Exposes to weather, outdoors/noise, hot/cold temps. Must wear protective/safety equipment. Must have attn. to detail, thorough in completing tasks, and cooperative, responsible, and reliable. Must lift, balance, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 50lbs. Entry level; requires supervision. No education/prior work experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:15 AM-4:15 PM, Saturday work required when necessary. Wage is $16/hour with 40 hours/week. OT hours paid at $24/hour. Single workwk used to compute wages due. Biweekly pay.
