Water Resources Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical Equipment Specialist
The City of Monroe is seeking a person to performs complex, skilled work installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing specialized electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment in a water or wastewater treatment plant. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from accredited college, supplemented with technical training in the electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical trades or related field. Extensive experience performing and supervising electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a water and/or wastewater treatment plant or large industrial facility. Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of North Carolina. Possession of a Class B CDL license to operate assigned equipment.
Salary range: $45,094 to $75,109 annually.
