This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • All duties associated with manufacturing for sale products.
  • The execution of all required manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These shall include, but are not limited to the manufacturing, filling, packaging & labelling of various cannabis products.
  • Perform all required maintenance and cleaning tasks related to manufacturing hardware.
  • Working in a fast-paced & highly regulated environment.
  • Properly dispose of nonhazardous/hazardous waste.

 

Considerations for employment shall be based on the following qualifications:

  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relocation to the greater Springfield, Massachusetts area, and ability to work on-site full time
  • Must be able to pass Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) background check
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Are trustworthy and have a strong work ethic
  • Able to work a schedule of 8am - 5pm M-F (flexible)
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs, reach up high to grab and move inventory, carry or move items.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to maintain fast paced performance of manual labor tasks which also require attention to detail to maintain product quality, efficient operations, and strict compliance with local and state regulations
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Having previously worked in a highly regulated environment is a plus
