Snow Shoveling / Tractor Operator

Crystal Springs Resort is looking for part time,-seasonal employees for the upcoming winter. We are looking for BOTH snow shovelers AND tractor operators.

Job duties include:

• Shoveling snow from walks, handicap spaces, curb lines
• Running snow blowers • Applying salt to walkways
• Reading and interpreting maps and route sheets to provide accurate service.
• Working independently, but communicating with a supervisor by phone
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization
• Tractor Operator: This position involves the use of tractors, bucket loaders, plows, snow blowers etc. Experience using any one or a combination of those things is highly preferred. There may be times where you must assist in shoveling if needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to withstand cold weather
• Lift 50+ pounds
• Have reliable transportation in all weather conditions
• Must have flexible schedule to meet job demands
