About the Position:
This position is a vital member of the Human Resources Data Management team and will be responsible for a wide variety of human resources functions. Responsibilities include:
- Data entry;
- Data analysis;
- Answering customer inquiries; and
- Employment transactions and records management to support employment, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
- Desire to work in a team environment where priorities change rapidly;
- Must have superior communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize work and willingness to be flexible;
- Ability to multitask;
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or automated processing and data entry; and
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail, and navigation of the Internet and web applications.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner and Microsoft Access; and
- Human Resources experience.
