About the Position:

This position is a vital member of the Human Resources Data Management team and will be responsible for a wide variety of human resources functions. Responsibilities include:
  • Data entry;
  • Data analysis;
  • Answering customer inquiries; and
  • Employment transactions and records management to support employment, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Desire to work in a team environment where priorities change rapidly;
  • Must have superior communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to prioritize work and willingness to be flexible;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or automated processing and data entry; and
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail, and navigation of the Internet and web applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Ellucian Banner and Microsoft Access; and
  • Human Resources experience.
