Real Estate Assistant Wanted. Must live in the area. I want someone to come to my home office in Basalt on Mondays for 8 hours but I am open to another day and sometimes more. No real estate license needed or wanted as I only looking for an assistant. Job includes a lot of data base entry into a CRM program called ACT plus lots more. Besides ACT, I use Word, Publisher, Excel and Omniform (you create forms in this program which are contracts I use) Most of the job is using ACT and updating it with sales from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and from the county records. There is a lot of multi-tasking. This is a computer only position and you must be fast and accurate. You do not answer the phone, show property, engage with my clients, do any bookkeeping, or help with my website. You must be extremely good on the PC computer. This a permanent position not a temporary one. You are not an employee but an independent contractor and you pay your own taxes. So if this job sounds like something you might be interested in or have any additional questions, please let me know.
