Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Desire and passion to assist clients with small and complex issues including billing, policy coverages, policy changes, market placement and overall management of insurance accounts for an independent insurance agency. Cross selling and performing risk reviews to help clients have proper protection. Providing an above standard client experience and service.
Provide marketing support to develop new business with producers. Comparing carrier insurance coverages, terms, deductibles and exclusions. Negotiation of renewal terms, preparing coverage summaries and proposals. Great communication skills are needed, eager and willing to learn AMS and to rate and navigate among various insurance company websites.
Need to be efficient and quick with computer skills including, WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, Webinar meetings and product and software training, Document Scanning and to troubleshoot and work with it Help desk.
Verbal and written communication skills with precise and clear file documentation in our AMS software.
Able to work independently, efficiently and a current License for Property and Casualty Insurance is highly desired.
