Social Worker/Human Service Coordinator, Volunteer Senior Program Director, Receptionist
Senior Citizens Association in Florence County is seeking the following qualified applicants:
Social Worker/Human Service Coordinator: Part-time, 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include supervision of home care workers, assessments, outreach, community development, data entry, identify resources, and make referrals. An individual with a Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or related field with three years experience; or Associate Degree and five years of experience in human services. Must have computer, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Hourly rate: $12-$16.00 per hour.
Volunteer Senior Program Director (RSVP): Full time, 32 hours per week with benefits.
Responsibilities include recruitment, placement, and scheduling of volunteers. Individuals must enjoy working with the older population. Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Personnel Management or related field; or Associates Degree and one year's experience; or high school diploma with five years of experience in human services. Computer, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are a must. Grant writing experience desired. Salary Range $27,000-$33,000.
Receptionist: Part-time, 25 hours per week. Performs general clerical office duties, copying, emails, and communicate and work with older adults. Must have efficient computer skills, and enjoy working with the public. Greet clients, members, volunteers, and visitors in a professional manner. High school diploma or equivalent and one-year experience in clerical duties. Hours are 8:00 am-1:00 pm Monday-Friday, $9.50 per hour.
