As the Customer Service Manager, you will: Supervise day-to-day operations of our call center and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Develop an expert understanding of our products and services to guide customers and provide training to new reps Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution in a timely manner Maintain effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards Implement customer satisfaction and retention goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
You should bring: Experience that demonstrates your expertise in customer service Calm and personable nature that makes customers feel valued Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills Ability to think strategically and to lead and motivate your team Stable work history strongly preferred.

In addition, employees accrue 3.33 hours of paid leave per pay period in the first year of employment (80 hours) and increasing to 5.0 hours per pay period (120 hours) after their one-year anniversary of employment.
