Shift
Full time position, hours will vary based on OR team needs. This position has 24 hour oversight and accountability for the team.
Job Summary
UK HealthCare Perioperative Services is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. This particular role will support the Orthopedics team with the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management and quality management of perioperative services.
This role is responsible for promoting the hospital standards and create a patient focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient. In addition, foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physicians, and all OR staff members.
The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
